In December of 2000, Georgia attended a Christmas concert at a university in Ohio, where she heard a harpist accompany the women’s vocal ensemble. Georgia immediately fell in love with the beautiful sound of the instrument. A few months after that event, she began taking lessons, and the rest is history.
Since starting her harp career, Georgia has studied with several excellent harpists, including individuals who have performed with the San Diego Symphony and Dayton Philharmonic.
In December 2017, she completed a bachelor of science degree in instrumental music and is now studing music therapy.
