VenusĀ
Premier
Semi-Grand

This was my first full-size harp. It provides the same basic features as a concert grand harp, including an extended soundboard, but has a warmer, more mellow tone.

This harp has 46 strings and is a couple of inches shorter than my other harp.

The warm sound of this harp corresponds with the deep burgundy color and ornate design on the sound board.

Lyon & Healy
Style 100
Concert Grand

I have owned this harp for several years. It is a concert grand, which is characterized by 47 strings and a little more height than my Venus harp.

This harp produces a crisp sound with a lot of volume and resonance. The tone helps to project sound in orchestras and other ensembles, but is still perfect for solo performances.

The Style 100 was first manufactured by Lyon & Healy in 1964 to celebrate the first century of the company.
